Rachel is a senior in the food science department at Purdue University and this is her third year as an ISBT scholar. She has interned with Sensient Flavors Applications Laboratory. In addition to the ISBT Scholarship, Rachel has won multiple awards, including the IFT Scholarship, StrazHeim Award in Agriculture, Lewis Runlke Scholarship and many others.
