Kelsey is a food science major at Purdue University. She currently works in a food science laboratory at Purdue, preparing samples and assisting with experiments related to the shelf-life of vitamins.  Kelsey is a member of the Food Science Club, Alpha Lambda Delta Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society, Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and Purdue Fashion Association. She holds several leadership positions on campus.  In addition to her involvement on campus, Kelsey is a Purdue University Dean's Scholar, a member of the Honors Program and a recipient of both the Trustee's Scholarship and the Institute of Food Technologists Scholarship.
