Claire is a freshman food science major at Purdue. She is doing research on the degradation kinetics of natural pigments in beverage systems. She has a 4.0 average and is a dean's scholar, a member of the University Honors Program and a recipient of the Trustees Scholarship. Claire is currently working in the University Phytochemical Laboratory.
